About the Job

The Department of Disability and Elderly Care falls under the Social Care operational area. The department is led by a department head and consists of two units within the areas of disability and elderly care.

Within the department, there is a medically responsible nurse (MAS) and development leaders centrally placed.

The development leader responsible for contract monitoring of healthcare is a new role in the department, and you will be a key person in the department's quality work. The assignment involves both monitoring and development responsibilities in the organization by following up on quality and safety within the area of responsibility.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with the MAS and other development leaders in the department. In this role, you are also expected to step in as a substitute during the MAS's absence.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks will include, among others:

• Quality review of operations based on applicable legislation and the conditions imposed on operations based on agreements/assignments with Täby Municipality
• Prepare documentation after completed follow-up for the board.
• Participate in procurements within healthcare.
• Collaborate with relevant suppliers, handle incoming feedback and questions within the area
• Monitor laws and regulations in the area

The role also involves providing support to the operations in their improvement work so that quality is continuously improved, ensuring that medical quality is maintained, and preventing errors and deficiencies. You will work closely with the MAS and report to the department head of the Disability and Elderly Care ordering department.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed nurse with relevant further education
• has good knowledge of applicable legislation in the area as well as good knowledge of municipal primary care responsibilities.
• has experience in municipal healthcare
• is analytical and used to collaborating with others towards a common goal
• has experience in quality monitoring and quality development
• has experience in investigative work
• has good computer skills and the ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing

We consider it an advantage if you have work experience as a manager. Experience in working comprehensively with healthcare issues and procurement is also seen as advantageous.

As a person, you have the ability to view things from a broader perspective and are quality-conscious at all levels. To succeed in this assignment, we believe you also have a consultative approach, the ability to work independently, but also find it easy to collaborate with others. Furthermore, you are confident, stable, and communicatively skilled with the ability to explain things clearly and pedagogically.
